THE 8-WEEK CRASH COURSE
$295 per month for the two-month program.
Sundays 4 - 7 pm, June 7th to August 2nd.
An 8-week core acting program for teenage actors of all levels, ages 13-17
Teaching acting to teens and young adults has shown us again and again how transformative it can be. We’ve watched them grow in confidence, find their voices, and spark real creativity.
These skills stay with you for life - whether you ever set foot on a stage again or not.
We’ll take a deep dive into professional-grade voice and movement work, strengthening and freeing the voice and body, while simultaneously exploring different techniques, from Stanislavsky to Meisner listening exercises, improvisational work, understanding how a set works, and how to work in front of a camera.
We’ll also answer every question there is about the pursuit of an acting career, the self-discipline and self-control the effort requires, and how you show up and be a professional, even if it is your very first day on set.
The 8-week program culminates in an on-camera shoot of a one-minute monologue and headshots, for the practical purpose of pursuing agents and casting directors in the real world.
